Caper is a Paul Mitchell Schools’ annual event designed to educate and inspire our Future Professionals giving them a high standard to measure any and all future classes and shows they may attend. The artists and educators plan, prepare and rehearse for months in order to give the Future Professionals the learning experience of a lifetime. Caper is where a Future Professional will learn new hair cutting, coloring, styling and makeup techniques, it is where they can connect with multiple salons and businesses for future employment, meet their mentors, win prizes, be inspired, make new friends, dance and have fun. The energy, artistry, inspiration and education of Caper cannot be matched by any other beauty and barber school industry event.
